Black and Brown Nuno Felted Merino Wool and Silk Art Scarf 13033

Just imagine the softest Paj silk fabric and superfine Australian merino wool combined, hand dyed and wet felted together in this simple but elegant hand made Nuno felted scarf. When I made these Nuno felt art scarves, I first nuno felted it and then hand dyed the scarf after it was dry.

These little ones are great to grab and toss around your neck under a jacket or coat and take up no space if you get too warm and need to take it off.

Styling Recommendations

I usually wrap these shorter light weight scarves around my neck then I will either gently tie the fringe in a knot or pin a brooch to hold it in place off to one side a little. 

When I am working or spinning I will wrap my scarf so the fringe is hanging down at the back or at the side. This way it keeps you warm but doesn't hang in the way of anything like my spinning wheel!

Care Instructions

Gently hand wash in an approved wool and silk wash. roll in a towel and gently spin the water out. Carefully press the scarf on the back with a cool iron and hang to finish drying.
