Tracking is automatically included in domestic parcels.
I send smaller orders that fit through your letter box slot (2 cm) as 'letters' these will not include tracking. I will refund excess postage amounts after your order has been shipped. This may occur when your order weight tips into the next weight range. Eg: 3 small packs of various silk fibres are ordered and the combined weight is 101 grams. This can put the order weight into the next price range. In this instance if I can post the order as a letter it will be much cheaper and the overcharge will be refunded.
I use Australia Post for all shipping and aim to pack and post your order in about 3-5 business days. Usual delivery times within Australia are around 6-10 working days to arrive. But on occasion some take a little longer to make it to you.
If your postage is calculated at a rate that seems unusually high, please contact me an I will try to sort it for you this end.
Unfortunately we sometimes have a glitch in the system. If you feel your parcel is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive please contact me to see what we can do. Tracked items can be checked on the Australia Post website

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
I usually ship all orders in around 3-5 business days.
Please keep in mind that all my items ship from Australia.
International delivery times will vary and can take several weeks most usually take between 10 and 28 business days but sometimes longer for any number of reasons. Please be aware that sometimes parcels are delayed in customs or during colder months which will add to delivery times.
If you feel that your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive, please contact me via my contact page. Please also check with your local Post Office to ensure they are not holding your parcel before making contact as this will greatly help in the query process.
Tracking is Not included on International orders unless you select the TRACKED option

Please be aware that I ship to the address on the order I receive from Shopify.
Please make sure this is correct and up to date. I take NO responsibility for items which are shipped to old or incorrect addresses which are not up to date or are wrong. Refunds or replacements will not be applied when an incorrect mailing address has been provided. We do not cross check your address with payment providers.
Now the boring stuff..
Australia Post has a few rules for us all to work within.
If a Domestic parcel has Not been scanned as delivered then I can log an enquiry and let you know the case number.
When a Domestic parcel has been scanned as delivered but you have not received it then You will log an enquiry and let me know the we can both look into it from both ends.
