8 ply Supreme Sock in Snow Leopard

Snow Leopard is a popular colourway and very versatile for babies and children through to adults. With a softer combination of apricots, cream and lavender with pops of colour along the hanks this is a sweet and delicate combination.

With 85% superwash Australian 19.5 micron non mulesed Merino and 15% nylon this yarn is super soft and squishy. The 19.5 micron merino wool makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durability in this versatile all around yarn.

The quality of the Australian merino wool is its softness which depends upon the fineness of the fibres at 19.5 microns which is some of the finest commercially available for hand knitters. This results in a versatile yarn that feels gentle against the skin and wears really well especially for those harder wearing items.

This yarn is so versatile and can be used for any next to skin project (scarves, jumpers etc) as well as items where a little more durability is required such as socks and gloves.

Caring for your yarn

Hand washing is recommended for hand dyed yarns but a gentle machine wash with an approved detergent is also suitable.
